Why GSH is the Best Injectable Glutathione Brand?

Filipinas now-a-days are getting addicted to skin whitening products. Before, they were just using soaps and lotions, until capsules came. However, some women wanted a faster result, so they’ve decided to undergo IV drip. So what is an IV drip to those who aren’t familiar? According to Medicine.net.com, intravenous drip (IV) is a device for administering a fluid drop-by-drop into a vein via an intravenous (IV) route. IV Drip was just for an artist before, but since there were cheap Glutathione injectables that were sold in the market, it became a hype.
Since I was one of those women who wanted to have a fairer skin complexion, I’ve decided to make a blog and help my fellow women in choosing the best product for Gluta drip.

Glutax 5gs

Glutax are popularly known in the market because of its cheap price. Before I used this product, I already had 5 session of gluta drip with 1200mg glutathione content from a famous hospital because my auntie was one of the doctors there. My consultation is free but the session is expensive though I have 50% discount. So I’ve decided to contact a friend of mine who knows someone that can do a gluta drip for an affordable price. The seller  gave me a package worth 6,500 for 12 sessions of Glutax 5gs.  I was so surprised because the content is 5000mg and I got it for a very cheap price. After 8 sessions of using Glutax 5gs, I saw minimal result. I was expecting a better and faster result since the content is 5,000mg. I asked the seller why the result isn’t noticeable compared to the 5 sessions that I had before.  So I’ve decided to conduct a background check regarding this product and most of the blog posts tell that it is fake. So I did more research and according to Pipac (Philippine Institute of Pure and Applied Chemistry), Glutax has only .25g or 250mg per vial. It’s not actually fake, it only has lesser content of glutathione giving false claims to the consumers. Another thing, this product is not really made in Italy but from China.

Content:

GLUTAX 5GS Micro :
Glutathione 5000mg
Ascorbic Acid 2000mg
Alpha Lipoic Acid 300mg
Collagen Extract 400mg
Vitamin E 300mg
Vitamin B3 250mg
Vitamin B5 100mg

Saluta 600mg

The moment that I’ve discovered the false claims of Glutax 5gs, I asked the supplier if she can change my injectables into Saluta. So what’s my reason why I choose Saluta. According to The Philippine Magazine, Ateneo Assay Test stated that Saluta is one of the products that have 100% glutathione. Though it was manufactured in China, this product is considered as legit. For a reasonable price of 1,900-2,100 pesos, you can purchase a box of 600mg of Saluta. You can inject 600mg every 3 days or for a faster result, you can double its dosage. During my first session, the nurse injected 2 vials of 600mg of Saluta Glutathione and 1 500mg of vitamin C. I was amazed because I didn't expect my complexion will get a little bit lighter. After I finished my first box, I saw an improvement, and of course way much better than the result that Glutax 5gs gave me. However, I didn't achieve the glow that I want. It gave me a pale white complexion. I'm looking for a blooming effect.

Set Includes:

10 vials Saluta Glutathione 600mg
1 tray Vitamin C
10 Syringe
10 butterfly needles

GSH L600

While I was having a background check for Glutax, I  accidentally clicked Magic Potions website. It gave me some information about fake glutathione and at the same time it introduced me to a brand that is made from France, the GSH Lumineux. GSH Lumineux is a glutathione injectable made by Laboratoires Biopharmacie S.A. in Paris, France. I checked their Instagram account and I saw two GSH, the one with 600mg for Php 3,000 and 1, 200mg for Php 4,500. They sent me a box of 600mg GSH Lumineux the day after I gave my address. My transaction with them was very smooth and fast.  When I open the box, it contains 8 vials of glutathione, vitamin C beauty shots plus an oral booster to maintain high levels of glutathione in the body. If you don’t know how to inject it to your veins, you can visit their shop located at Unit 3 G/f Eight one Eight Bldg.., 818 A Arnaiz Avenue San Lorenzo Makati City from 9am-6pm (Monday-Friday). They also have affordable packages for Gluta drip. I started intaking their glutathone booster capsule (once a day) and injecting 1 vial of 600mg of their pure glutathione together with 1000mg of vitamin C every 3 days. My nurse adviced me that it would be better to inject 1 vial of glutathione since the vitamin C is already 1000mg to avoid wastage. After the first session, I saw my fist becomes whiter. I was thinking maybe it's because of the high dosage of vitamin C or the glutathione booster that I'm taking everyday. The best about its result is my neighbors, relatives and friends are noticing the changes in my complexion. They're telling me that I'm blooming and my skin becomes fairer. The dark spots on my upper arms lighten and I don't easily get coughs and colds because of the high dosage of its vitamin C.

8 Vials Glutathione 600mg
8 Amps Vitamin C 1000mg
30 Caps Glutathione Booster (N-acetyl L-cysteine 200mg,
Alpha Lipoic Acid 150mg, L-Methionine 100mg Vit E 100Ui,
Vit B2 5mg, and  Selenomethionine 200mcg)

So what's next for me after trying these products? Since GSH gave me the best results among these three, I'll continue using it but this time I'm going to try the GSH Ultima 1500 from Magic Potions Online Beauty and Wellness for 2,300 pesos. I'll write a different blog for this after 2 months for the result.

TFIOS Experience!

I was a one hell lucky girl when I got the chance to have an advance screening ticket for two from Jam 88.3 before it hits theaters. I was so eager to get a ticket that I always send a message to my friends who are working from the said radio station. Now you know how and where I got my movie pass. But before I watch it, I didn't have the chance to read the story though I have a soft copy in my phone. I chose not to read it because I want everything to be a surprise. I don't want to see myself inside the movie house comparing the film from its book. I only want to enjoy every bit of its plot and I did really enjoy it, a lot!

Before I give the summary of the story, I'll give first a short background about the film. The film is based on the bestselling novel written by John Green, an American author of young adult fiction who also wrote Looking For Alaska which is his debut novel. TFIOS is his most recent novel published in January 2012. It has a whopping 10 million copies in print and has spent 130 consecutive weeks on the New York Times best seller list.

The Fault in our stars or known as TFIOS is a love story about Hazel Grace Lancaster (played by Shailene Woodley) and Augustus Waters (played by Theo James). They met in a cancer support group and fell in love with each other. Hazel, who has terminal cancer, carries around an oxygen tank at all times. Gus lost a leg to cancer. In one of the meetings she catches the eye of a teenage boy, and through the course of the meeting she learns the boy's name is Augustus Waters. After the meeting, Gus approached Hazel then they talked for a while. He invited her to his house where they revealed their diseases. Hazel reveals she has thyroid cancer that has spread to her lungs. Augustus had osteosarcoma, but he is now cancer-free after having his leg amputated. Though they both have diseases, it doesn't hinders them in finding true connection that goes beyond their shared illness, a connection based on a mutual love of witty banter and hardcore philosophizing. When Gus finds out that Hazel’s biggest dream is to meet her favorite author Peter Van Houten and find out what happens after his novel “An Imperial Affliction” stops mid-sentence, Gus paid all the expenses and flew to Amsterdam where the author lives to get Hazel’s questions answered. Apparently, the question was not being answered but a secret was revealed. So if you guys want to know the secret, read the book or watch the movie.

This movie is just a typical love story that sometimes happened in our society but this story will let you see and feel the deeper meaning of love. It'll give you so much realizations and life lessons. My only advice is to bring a handkerchief or a tissue with you, cause I'll guarantee you'll burst into tears because pain demands to be felt.

Starting Over Again: The Movie That Will Tear Every Audience's Heart

Have you experienced loving someone and you thought it's perfect, but one day you wake up and everything has changed, you wondered what went wrong but no one could answer your question?
Starting Over Again is a movie about missed opportunity and lost love. The story revolves  around a former lovers Ginny played byTony Gonzaga and Marco played by Piolo Pascual have long gone their separate ways, but the circumstances of their breakup have left both of them with unanswered questions. After four years of their break up, Marco wrote a letter to Ginny about their story, when and where did it started and how does it end. Ginny's thought was caught by the last part of the letter saying that Marco is still hoping that one day they'll see each other and will be together again. The movie goes backward and forward as their past slowly unraveled. I don't want to be a spoiler, so the readers must watch it to know more about the story, if they will be together again or they met for a closure.
Every line from this movie will struck its audience's emotion. One of my favorite line is adik ka na naman sa pag-asa, try mo kayang lumaklak ng realidad, at first I laughed but I realized that reality will lead someone who's still holding his/her past to let go and move on. Hope is a positive attitude but when it comes to love it can be poisonous.
Speaking of the word "pride" if you'll use this a detergent it's good but if you posses this in life it's bad. Pride is the main reason why Ginny and Marco gone separate ways, if Ginny didn't waste her time to explain to Marco what she has in her mind and heart maybe Patricia De Guia played by Iza Calzado won't have a chance to intervene in their lives. She lost her chance, she didn't give importance to it. Actually I hate Toni Gonzaga's role because she made him realize that he is all that she ever wanted and they will be together as they build their dreams. There is so much to learn from this movie. Yes it has flaws! But, it will teach you a lot of lessons. The best thing that I learned from this story is to let go of something that is not meant for you anymore.
Starting Over again is a well made romantic comedy movie. Kudos to its Director Olivia Lamasan and its writer who has lots of hugots. It has a modern and unique ending. You won't regret watching it and I'll guarantee you won't easily forget about it because it will embrace your mind and stir those emotions that you are hiding for a long time.

Oh How I Wish!

Three posts that I wish I didn’t post online:

“Dear Lord, i-exempt niyo muna po ako sa brown-out kase po mano-mano akong nagtatabulate. Pag namatay kuryente, magugulo yung bilang baka po maglaslas na lang ako pag ganun. Amen!”

This post was put into Facebook last September 19, 2013. I regret that I posted this because my prayer sounds like sarcasm. It’s like I’m not a Christian. One of my friends commented on this post and she said that it’s cute and I doubt her intention telling me that it’s cute. I was thinking if she’s pertaining to my post or to the fact that there’s a suicide attempt. I think she doesn’t like me.

“Ganda mo eh! Ni like lang nila pictures mo umikot na pwet mo? Feeling mo crush ka na din nila? What if kaya malaman nila na assumera ka, ilalike pa kaya nila? #feelingera #simplengmalandi #pacute #dibagay”

This post was also from Facebook. I don’t know if I have the right to post this because I am the president of my course. I should be a good example to my fellow organization members, but this post might decrease their respect for me. I was really angry when I posted this. A friend of mine once again betrayed me for stealing the guy that I love. I’m not perfect and I thought that this is the only way to release my  anger and hatred instead  of confronting her or pulling her long black hair.

“I love gecko! #50ThingsAboutMe”

I said to myself that he wouldn’t know that I love him but this post on Twitter has leaked. I am so embarrassed because I thought there’s no way for him to read this. Sadly, his friend has a Twitter account and they have read it, what‘s worse is they make fun of it. When I discovered it, I cried so hard, they were insensitive and I was careless.

Three posts that I wish I did post online:

“I want to say sorry to those people that I hurt physically and emotionally.”

If I’ll be able to post this I think I am going to be sick but it’s fulfilling to do a public apology so that people will know that I’m accepting my mistake and I know how to say sorry. I’m not perfect but I’m aware that there are times that I am insensitive.

“I’m so blessed to have a family!”

I’m always posting about my negative feelings about them but I never brag about them. I remember a quote telling that friEND, boyfriEND and bestfriEND have an END except for the word famILY because it has an ILY for I LOVE YOU. It makes sense.

                I LOVE MYSELF!”

Self worth, I think I don’t posses this, that’s why others don’t respect me or make fun of me. They think that it’s fine with me if they’ll hurt me or say something that will degrade my personality. I want to be in love with myself, but not to the point that I’ll be a conceited bitch. I believe that women who love themselves and are confident are better able to thrive and have a lasting impact on the communities around them. Women who feel good about who they are and are able to express their truths are less likely to fall between the cracks in society and are more resilient in creating positive futures for them to enjoy. By learning how to love myself, I’ll be able to make good decisions and command respect from others.

Rights or Limitations for Journalists

Senator Jinggoy Estrada filed a bill for the journalist. It is popularly known as Senate Bill 380 (An Act providing for a Magna Carta for Journalists). However, the said bill is considered as unconstitutional because it contradicts the Section 4, Article III of the Philippine Constitution: “NO LAW SHALL BE PASSED ABRIDGING THE FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION, OF SPEECH, AND OF THE PRESS.”
According to PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal), the bill also includes that reporters, editors and photographers must take professional journalism examination. Senator Jinggoy said in his explanatory note that It is necessary for the enactment of a law that will ensure a living wage, an atmosphere conducive to productive journalism work, reiterate value of ethics, provide for development programs that will deepen the practice of their profession, and promote the defense and protection of freedom and human rights of journalists and their organizations. It is also stated in this bill the making of the Philippine Council for Journalist who will conduct “Professional Journalist Examination” and will give accreditation for the journalists. Those who will go against this bill “shall be ground for appropriate sanctions as may be determined by the PCJ after due process.” “Accredited journalist shall be entitled to all benefits and privileges that may be accorded to them by law, by their employers, and by the PCJ” however “they shall enjoy only those benefits and privileges accorded to them by their employers.”
In my opinion based from the above information given by PEP, this bill is not a privilege for the journalist but a limitation. It’s so ironic to file this kind of bill. No wonder Senator Jinggoy received lots of criticisms, it looks like he and his staffs didn't’ scrutinize it well. He said he was hurt by the barrage of criticisms because his purpose is to upgrade the level of media practice in the Philippines. If I am going to analyze his bill, I think it’s not for the betterment of the living of the journalists but for the politician’s sake. They wanted to control the population of the press and to earn profit from qualifying examinations, official accreditation card, required seminars and even the exemption interviews.
My point here is we don’t need to undergo in this process because we have the freedom of expression bill. Citizen doesn't  need a license  to  exercise  the  freedom of  speech  and  the  press  guaranteed  in  the  Constitution.

What's With Bakit Hindi Ka Crush Ng Crush Mo?

Have you read the book “Bakit Hindi Ka Crush ng Crush Mo? Written by the famous internet action star Ramon Bautista? This famous book was turned into movie last July 31, 2013. I am not a fan of this best seller book but the poster of the movie with KimXi (Kim Chiu and Xian Lim) convinced me to watch it. The poster made me curious about the real content of the movie. I don’t know if it’s like a typical damsel in distress movie with a happy ending or an ugly protagonist turned into a chic.
So here it goes, when I was watching the movie, it made me laugh 100x, in love for 200x and it breaks my heart 300x. When it comes to love everyone can relate, because no one is exempted in this category. Thanks to Kim Chiu’s hilarious performance because she really did well in playing the role of Sandy Veloso. Sandy (Kim Chiu) just got dumped by her boyfriend while Alex (Xian Lim) returns to the Philippines after calling his wedding off. The two cross paths when Alex was assigned to save the family's record company which is on the brink of bankruptcy. One of the solutions is lay people off which include Sandy. Alex finds out that the only person who knows the company really well is Sandy, so he hires her back but they soon discover that the record company is not the only thing that needs to be saved.
This movie is not just about relationships but also how you value your self worth when you’re in love. It also tackles about family, the importance of the attention of the parents to their children that even though they have grown up, parents are still obliged to guide and protect their children from physical and emotional attack of the society.

Some said that there were shortcomings of the script because most of the viewers already read the book before they watch the movie. My advantage is I didn’t read the book so I didn’t expect too much. As what I learned from the movie, don’t expect too much from others so that you won’t get hurt in the end.  It’s also applicable in reviewing a movie. Still, the movie succeeds because of the engaging performance of the lead stars and effective chemistry that made the romance work.

Social Media as Our Daily Bread

As one of the individuals of this present generation, can you live without social networking sites? Or, can you pass a day without spending an hour logging in on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram? Of course not, as long as technology is there and gadgets are everywhere, online life is continuous.
In 2006, Time Magazine made an interesting choice for person of the year. The person was “you” meaning more specifically, people who use the Internet to write articles, post videos or blogs, and contribute to different Internet groups. Essentially, the “you” referred to another word that has become more frequently used in the past few years, “netizen.” The word comes from the combination of the terms Internet and citizen.
Cyber world, the world of computers and communications begets online life. How people can live without this life if it keeps you connected and updated?
Social networking sites increase social interaction and connections. In just a snap of your finger, you can easily send your message with the helping hand of the internet. You can chat without actually going places and learn things that are happening today. We actually express our feelings when we respond on these types of networking sites and interact in every way. Also it will help you find people you haven’t seen for so many years. Impossible can be possible and distant places will no longer be distant if with just one click you can witness a video or a photo of it.
The anonymous can be famous. People who are afraid to be judge by others, or those who are introvert can hide their identity and post whatever they want to. They can also give comments and join debates without hesitations. They can express their point of view and have it challenged in a way they might not have seen it before. They get to have their own stance on issues.
There is no age limit. As long as you have the capacity to use it or you’re a computer literate, age doesn’t matter. Even a 4 year old boy can have his online life as long as he knows how to navigate computers or gadgets.
However, this type of life is more than tools for narcissists. Social networking sites are increasing in popularity but are really destroying natural and healthy interpersonal relationships and foster ignorance of the human condition. It has also its down fall. Sites like these can cause people to come passive and complacent without true social skills.
In this world, no life is perfect. It has always its ups and downs. But as a responsible individual, you must use it in a proper way that you won’t harm your fellows. Online life is actually a blessing if you don’t take it for granted. Everything has a limit. You can’t escape laws and rules. If you don’t abide it, the real world that created the cyber world will let you pay for your irresponsibility.
